Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

When you submit a wedding inquiry, I create a personalized proposal for you. The prices in this proposal will include travel expenses.

If it's a lifestyle session, up to 50km outside of Edmonton is included. Anything more than 50km away from Edmonton will be charged at $0.70/km.

How long does it take to recieve the photos after and how will those be delivered?

Lifestyle + branding sessions will take about 1-2 weeks.
Weddings, Events + Elopements will take between 4-6 weeks.
There is a rush fee of $150 if you require your images within 3 days for branding/lifestyle. No rush services for weddings/elopements.

Do you do destination weddings?

Yes! Destinations start at $8,888+GST. Please inquire further for more information. Sometimes I will list travel dates so if we happen to be in an area at the same time, no travel fees will be charged!

Do you provide raw files?

No.

Do you charge for extra hours?

Extra hours are $250/hour.

Would you cover tea ceremony on a separate day?

Yes, if you are doing a tea ceremony and don't want to jam it into one long day, you can have it on a separate date and I can include that in your specially curated package.

What equipment do you use?

For your wedding day, I always carry the following:
STYLING KIT: Beautiful styled backdrops, props, ring boxes, etc. for your detail shots.
LIGHTING: I carry extra lighting panels in case the lighting isn't so ideal. I also carry filters/reflectors, and multiple flashes.
CAMERA: I use a CANON R5, Canon 5D Mark III, Canon 70D, Sony A7C
LENSES: 16-24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 24-70mm, 100mm, 70-200mm
MEMORY CARDS: I shoot with the dual cardslot system, so your photos will always be backed up. This prevents loss of images due to card failure. (Never had this happen to me, but good to have precautions).

Extras: For the summer weddings, I carry BIORE wipes from Japan, portable electric fans, and have a small emergency kit just in case you need!

What sets you apart from other photographers?

With years of training, I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I use natural lighting as often as possible and make sure my sessions are intimate & fun! I carry a specially curated styling kit and a lot of extra lighting, as well as an emergency kit. I have guides readily made for you to make your planning process as smooth as possible.

Will we get the print release to our photos after our wedding?

Yes! Upon receiving your images, you will also get a full print release.

How many photographers will be at the wedding?

Full day weddings will have 2 photographers. Weddings under 6 hours will have an option to add the second photographer.

Will my photos be posted publicly on your site or social media?

The contract does include a model release for AMAIRE & CO. to use the photographs for marketing, publication, social media/website, portfolio purposes. However, if you do not wish to have any of your photos displayed, please let me know.

Will you Photoshop my images to hide any unwanted spots, wrinkles, etc?

Minor edits will be made to all of your images, but specific/more advanced edits will be charged separately.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use?

Yes! From wedding planners to florists and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry & would love to share their information with you!

Do I have to order prints through you?

I highly recommend ordering prints through one of my professional vendors, but it isn't required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I always love to help with prints!

How do we reserve our wedding date?

A 30% deposit (50% for destinations as we will book our travels immediately) & signed contract is required in order to get your wedding on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due by the date of your wedding. However, it is highly recommended to pay the remaining balance prior to the wedding day as it'll likely be too hectic on the day-of.

Would you consider exchanging your services for an all inclusive destination wedding?

Unfortunately not. Weddings require a lot of work, and traveling is much more difficult with the gear that we have to bring with us. Our packages cover travel for 2 people + photography service coverage for an entire wedding day + options for a destination photoshoot prior to the wedding + for your guests to hire us for beautiful keepsake images.

If I have to cancel my session, is my deposit transferable?

Your deposit is transferable ONCE. If you cancel your re-scheduled session, your deposit is no longer transferable. The full amount of a session has to be paid to rebook.

Do you do just a few headshots services?

No, we will only take full branding sessions, and will not do headshot only sessions.
